STATS

-The average per capita income in Iraq in 2004 was $422, up from $322 in 2003. (Time)

Maybe that's why the MSM is so down on the Iraqis, they make more money than the average journalist.

-Sales of plus-size clothing for women rose by 13.2% last year, while sales of all women's clothing increased by just 5.6%

I'm not touching that one.

-Merv Griffin estimates that he made "close to $70-80 million" in royalties from the Jeopardy theme song. He wrote the tune in less than a minute (NYT)

I hardly took him any longer to write the song than the actual playtime of the song. (30 seconds)
